-
Online support may be easier than face to face.

Support is available 24 hours a day in ways not available
without technology.
-
There are no geographical boundaries when it comes
to support.
-
Health professionals who participate learn patient
issues.
Note:
At this time most of our resources serve those interested
in brain tumors. However, The Healing Exchange BRAIN
TRUST does not include the word "tumor" in
our name so as to intentionally include related brain
conditions, and subseqent acquired brain injury, because
there is incredible potential for a healing exchange
of information and support regardless of one's specific
primary medical diagnosis. There are many common secondary
medical and social issues for People dealing with brain
tumors, cysts, lesions, etc. and the subseqent aquired
brain injury which has a tremendous impact on individuals
and families.
