At least ask about the anti-angiogenic drug thalidomide (starves tumor blood-supply) to prolong life and quality of life. Thalomid (brand name for thalidomide) is approved for leprosy but many docs will prescribe it "off-label" for non-approved cancers like gbm because data is good. I would try temazolamide (sp?) plus thalomid. Good luck!
